Always 3 Sides is where we hold space for the harder conversations—the ones that often divide families, friends, and communities. But we do it differently. Here, we prioritize presence over performance. We believe that before entering the tension of disagreement, we must first learn to listen well. That’s why we encourage participants to spend at least 60–90 days actively engaging in the broader All Common Ground community before contributing to these deeper discussions. This branch may eventually include a foundational course or required videos (like selections from SOC119) to help cultivate the kind of humility and curiosity these conversations require. We’re not here to argue better. We’re here to understand deeper—even when it’s hard.
